1. All travellers must be at least 18 years old to travel with Swede Wellness.

2. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.

3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation. He/she assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Swede Wellness from any duty or responsibility for, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations

4. Swede Wellness is not held liable for flight costs and can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport.

5. We recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.

6. Swede Wellness will not be responsible for covering any expenses resulting from a medical emergency, visit to a local doctor, any medical procedure, or repatriation.

7. Swede Wellness accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or travelling to and from the retreat.

8. The customer shall pay Swede Wellness a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit in the sum of $250, due for each person named in the reservation.

9. The balance monies due shall be paid by the customer to Swede Wellness in accordance to the payment type chosen. If installment plan is set up the last payment must be paid no later than 2 months after the retreat. Payment can be made via the web site via card payment or Paypal.

10. Bookings received within the last 3 weeks before the retreat start date must be paid in full at time of booking.

11.  If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date Swede Wellness reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

12. In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply. The deposit is non-refundable, as mentioned in 2:

    • Cancellation 3 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund

    • Cancellation 3 to 5 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund

    • Cancellation 5 to 8 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund

    • Cancellation more than 8 weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund.​

13. Swede Wellness reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.

14. In the event that the customer decides to downgrade their accommodation after monies have been paid, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. If the customer wishes to upgrade the new price will apply.

15. Due to teacher cancellations or other situations beyond our control, Swede Wellness reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the customer as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare.

16. The customer shall not use the property except for permitted use and shall not use the property for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or improper purposes. The customer shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to the retreat facilities and its guests, staff or owners.

17. The customer shall keep all fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects at the retreat location in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles which are destroyed or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.

18. Swede Wellness reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the property or any of the retreat facilities by the customer in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or if the customer is creating a hazard to themselves or others, impacting the enjoyment of others, or participating in any illegal activity. The customer will be required to vacate the property and Swede Wellness shall not refund payment or accept any consequential liability damages or loss.

19. Swede Wellness reserves the right to alter any facility accommodation or yoga activity.

20. Swede Wellness disclaims all responsibility and makes no representations or warranties with regard to the safety or quality of optional activities and events at the retreat or in class. 

21. The customer agree to be responsible for any and all expenses resulting from any inherent risk and hazards, whether identified or not, and as a result of the customers negligence, including physical injuries or any other kind of medical emergency.

22. The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Swede Wellness. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. Swede Wellness is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.

23. Swede Wellness reserves the right to insist on medical certification from your Medical Practitioner, stating that the customer is medically and physically fit for your chosen trip or class.

24. If the customer suffer from heart, chest, muscular, neurological or respiratory disorders, severe asthma or high blood pressure, or other acute / chronic illness, the customer must acknowledge and/or should seek qualified specialist medical advice before considering joining a trip or class.

25. Swede Wellness cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.

26. Swede Wellness and associated companies reserve the right to take photographs at anytime during any trip or class and use them for promotional purposes.

27. Swede Wellness shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, pandemics such as COVID-19, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.  

28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Colorado Law and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Colorado courts in all matters regarding them.
