Donation-based yoga in Denver's City Park. Open to all experience levels.
Our hope is to continue the spread of joy, mindfulness and movement along with everything else that yoga brings you. Our classes are meant for everyone, no matter your experience level. If you have never tried yoga, we will happily guide you through your first class. And if you are an experienced yogi, our instructors will be glad to instruct you too!

Sofie Woods is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor
We asked Sofie what her biggest inspiration is to continue teaching yoga and pilates.
-”I love teaching yoga and pilates because they have both brought so much benefit to my own life. Yoga has brought me balance, mindfulness and stability. Pilates has been my saving grace having always had back problems and a weak core in need of more strength and stability. To be able to share these two practices with others feels SO good as I see it bring to others what it has brought to me.
Teaching for YIP specifically adds the important aspect of community for me. To meet new people and hear and learn from others stories is so important and valuable. To be part of a concept that exist to create a safe space and make yoga available for all, both skill level and financially, feels wonderful! And the added bonus of practicing outdoors in nature which I absolutely love!”
